The Healthy Lier

He walked with a smile beneath the sun,
A cheerful face for everyone.
His words were sweet, his voice was clear,
A little lie was always near.

He painted dreams with golden light,
Turned wrongs to roses, dark to bright.
He hid the truth behind his charm,
A gentle storm, a quiet harm.

They called him healthy, strong, and wise,
Because he wore no sad disguise.
But deep inside his heart would tire,
From feeding flames of false desire.

A lie may bloom like a flower in spring,
And make a broken heart start to sing.
But truth is the rain that clears the sky,
While empty promises slowly die.

So he learned that peace is not in pretending,
Nor in a story with no true ending.
A healthy soul, a heart set free,
Lives with truth and honesty.
